As a graduate of the University of Toronto in Mathematics, Murray Mazza is regarded as one of South western Ontario’s most experienced and knowledgeable commercial lawyers. He formed his own practice in 1981, following his graduation from the prestigious Osgood Hall Law School at York University and has established an enviable business client base over 30 years of legal practice.
As a specialist Commercial legal advisor, Murray works closely with a number of well known real estate brokers, corporations, associations and the general public for both business and personal legal issues. He is legal counsel to several high profile commercial clients with a local and provincial presence in the real estate, construction and property development sectors.
A chartered Accountant and a Member of the prominent Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, Murray applies his experience and lateral thinking to matters involving legislative compliance issues for commercial leasing, real estate transactions, business structures, joint ventures, corporations, tax and contract disputes. He is also sought after for his expertise in wills and personal estate matters.
Murray Mazza is also a member of the Hamilton Law Association and a former Trustee on the Hamilton Board of Education. He is a firm believer in philanthropic causes and organisations, where he actively supports Stoney Creek charitable and community endeavours.
